Sue worked for 17 years as Chief Operating Officer of an operation working across 18 countries and 4 continents globally with major multi-lateral and national government clients. She built the operation from start up to £20 million and successfully scaled structures systems and procedures across countries and cultures.
Since 2020 she has worked as a freelance management consultant and business coach across the charity, social enterprise, and SME sectors. She has worked on short and long-term assignments including introduction of ISO 9001 to a growing charity, interim Director of Operations in a growing social enterprise, business advisor to SMEs on a Greater London Authority project operating in 6 London Boroughs and executive business coaching to a range of senior professionals.
She is also a charity trustee and able to advise boards of trustees.
She is married to a Dutch Canadian economist and DIY whizz and together they have 5 grown up kids scattered around Thailand, Holland, France, and UK. She is passionate about international relations and loves to travel when she can get time off from her busy schedule.
