Having run a family business myself and operated in businesses from as little as £1Million turnover to as much as £30 Million turnover I have a broad spectrum of financial, strategic and operational knowledge particularly ,but not exclusively ,suited to family businesses .
I have covered a broad spectrum of sectors covering manufacturing, distribution, retail, and industry sectors such as engineering, health care ,consumer goods among others.
Over the last 15 years I have particularly been involved in working with businesses in difficulty in order to help the owners of these business -either by helping turnaround the existing business or creating a restructured business which should succeed going forward.
