Business experts across the UK
As a chartered engineer with over three decades of experience running my own engineering solutions consultancy, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. My expertise spans electrical systems, control mechanisms, and process automation, with hands-on experience in projects from initial concept and design through to construction, commissioning and staff training.
I’ve worked across diverse industries including food production, chemical processing, water treatment, materials handling, and renewable energy. My approach goes beyond surface-level business processes – I delve deep into the intricacies of manufacturing and industrial processes, engaging with all levels of an organisation.
My goal is to help manufacturing companies leverage both their existing expertise and the experiences of others in the field. I encourage business owners to embrace technology when it can be effectively utilised, and to seek assistance when needed.
Throughout my career, I’ve been involved in STEM education and leadership development for young professionals. I regularly mentor employees, business owners, and managers, and I deliver a continuing professional development course on Practical Process Engineering at Aston University.
How I can help your business
My passion lies in optimising operations, starting with the skills and equipment already at your disposal, while also improving the mental wellbeing of your team. Understanding the theory of business improvement is valuable, but implementing real-world solutions requires a different level of expertise. I offer guidance on practical solutions and share an extensive hands-on experience.
Additionally, I’m trained to deliver Havening Techniques® therapy, which addresses anxieties, confidence issues, fears, and even trauma. This unique skill brings another dimension to problem-solving in the workplace, tackling often-overlooked psychological factors that impact productivity and innovation.
