She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, an accredited Action Learning Facilitator and an Executive Coach. She has worked with businesses of all sizes, ranging from those with just a few employees, to leading the HR Strategy for a Trust responsible for 14 schools, and advising a large scientific institute with 5000 employees.
Her background is in Operational Leadership, from where she moved into HR. It means she is ideally placed to advise businesses on operational strategy and helps them keep things simple, rather than frequently encountering barriers along their growth journey.
