I always get considerable satisfaction from walking into a prospect who has his head down apparently with all the problems of the world on his shoulders and can make a huge difference by helping them to come to terms with change.
This can be difficult with a parent who isn’t confident in his son or daughter’s ability to manage the business successfully, especially if the new generation is impatient to drive the business forward.
