|Skills / Services||
Elliot has acted as a mentor to owners of several businesses and worked with them to develop both short term and strategic plans. He has advised on business valuations as well as ways to increase the value of a business by means of diversification, contraction and re-organisation.
He is particularly adept at working with smaller organisations who lack the necessary in-house skills so that they can still achieve their goals. As an example this works with smaller charities as his role as a trustee for two charities enables him to give holistic advice.
Elliot spent many years as a partner in a top 20 firm of accountants and was seen by clients as a trusted advisor who understood their business or charity and by asking the right questions could help them make good decisions.As a consultant he works with owner managed businesses and charities primarily in the Midlands but has also worked as far afield as London and Aberdeen.
