Richard is an accomplished engineering and operations leader with over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, and digital transformation. A Chartered Mechanical Engineer by training, he has held leadership roles across diverse industrial sectors both directly in manufacturing and providing services into the sector. Richard has been a Site General Manager in two different sectors, Group Engineering Director and Managing Director of RS Industria (part of the RS Group plc), where he led Industry 4.0 initiatives in maintenance and asset management. Throughout his corporate career, he consistently drove performance improvements and operational excellence, establishing a track record of delivering measurable results.
