A new resource is now available throughout Northamptonshire and the East Midlands as Midland Group Business Advisors (MGBATM) expands into the region; in particular in the shape of Paul Green who has recently moved to the area from Berkshire.
Having been a founder of Thames Valley Business Advisors (TVBATM) and UK Business Advisors (UKBATM), Paul hopes to continue the development of UKBATM in partnership with his fellow MGBATM colleagues.
Paul states "We (MGBATM) specifically distinguish ourselves from other business advisors and consultants in as much as we all have experience of running our own business, offer independent experts covering all aspects of a business: finance, sales, marketing, operations, resources, management and strategy, as well as providing practical advice that works on impacting the profit and performance of a business; particularly in the current economic climate."
Primarily working within the SME sector, alongside managing director/owners (MDO) of companies with 5 or more staff or a turnover in excess of 250k, Paul continues, "Being the MDO of a small enterprise can be a lonely place to be - the buck ultimately stops with the person at the top and no individual is an expert on all aspects of a business. Probably starting off in a bedroom or garage, a successful entrepreneur grows his business then starts employing staff, needs bigger premises, diversifies, changes the status of his company and so on - and that's when the trouble starts!"
